Client materials are kept in separated workspaces with limited access. We use client information only for the engagement or inquiry.
We do not request patient-level medical data for a public demand snapshot. If a healthcare engagement ever requires regulated data, that work must be handled under a separate written agreement with appropriate safeguards.
We use reputable tools for hosting, email, storage, analytics, and workflow. Vendor access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.
AI may help organize and synthesize market research, but we avoid sending sensitive client materials into tools unless the engagement setup permits it. Human review decides what is delivered.
